Available Features
Though not all features available for the higher priced service, these basic features are ready.
The conference moderator, or leader, has the abilty to mute all lines while placing the conference in lecture mode as well as "locking" the conference as needed through pressing a touchtone key (leader star command).
Auto Hangup – When the leader hangs up the phone, everyone gets disconnected.
Entry and Exit Tones - Participants in the conference will hear a single ding when someone enters the conference and a double ding when someone leaves.
Billing and Payment
Applicable local, state, and federal taxes are assessed as required by law. All customers - including overseas customers - are subject to the FCC-mandated Universal Services Fund surcharge. Overseas customers are not subject to state and federal taxes.
Accepted are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Each month you receive an invoice via E-mail that gives an itemized listing of your conference call activity, including date/time of call, number of participants, and the length of the call.
How long does it take to establish service?
We will issue your moderator passcode and participants passcode immediately via E-mail upon successful completion of your online signup.
