Whereas, Namada is engaged in the business of providing long distance services to business customers and whereas, ASSOCIATE is desirous of performing sales and services under the following conditions:
1. ASSOCIATE will operate as an independent contractor under this or other written or oral agreements.
2. ASSOCIATE may accomplish his/her work at places and times of ASSOCIATE’S choice.
3. ASSOCIATE is not an employee of Namada and is not subject to any of the usual rules of employment.
4. ASSOCIATE agrees to pay all of his/her own expenses incurred in this endeavor. Examples of this are business cards, stationary, postage, transportation, entertainment, etc. ASSOCIATE agrees to accept the commission payments in full settlement for all services and expenses, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
5. ASSOCIATE agrees to obtain all completed forms required by Namada and to complete certain forms and reports related to a sale or sales activity as may be required from time to time by Namada.
6. Namada shall pay commissions to you as per the attached commission schedule. To view commissions for major service providers click HERE
7. Commissions payable to other select service providers are based on providers selected by ASSOCIATE. There may be restrictions on services provided based on your location. While many providers do not allow non-US agents, we operate in order to allow you access to most carriers!
8. All commissions are conditional to receipt of said payments to Namada from respective carriers.
Payments are made in US dollars and are sent using PayPal.com. If you are in a country that is not serviced by PayPal.com and you do NOT have a bank in a country that does a check will be postmarked to you. Such payments are in no way to be construed as salaries or employee compensation subject to social security, unemployment tax, or workmen’s compensation insurance coverage.
The great advantage to working with Namada is that your usage for each of the various service providers is combined to reach breakpoints offering higher commissions.
9. ASSOCIATE may hire employees or other independent contractors to sell Namada products and services. All payments made from ASSOCIATE to its employees or its independent contractors will be made from commissions listed in item 6.
10. ASSOCIATE agrees to repay to Namada any commissions received on moneys that are required to be repaid to the ASSOCIATE’s clients due to accounting error or other unforeseen irregularity.
11. ASSOCIATE can refer new associates to Namada and will receive compensation as per the following: International calling and forwarding services: 4% of commissionable revenue. International Conferencing 4% of commissionable revenue. Tel3Advantage is established to allow direct referral payments.
