Conferencing Group offers ReadyShow Video

Published on: 07/08/2009
The Conference Group, a Newark, Delaware-based company that specializes in video, audio and Web conferencing services, recently revealed its latest IP video conferencing software, ReadyShow Video.

As an innovative, browser-based software solution, ReadyShow has already gained critical acclaim in the video and Web conferencing industry. Because it requires no downloading, installing or software configuration, users will find it easy to deploy.

All that is needed to get started with ReadyShow Video is an Internet browser, a broadband Internet connection and a Web or digital camera.

One major benefit of ReadyShow Video is that it is not limited to any particular operating system. A video conference can be joined by anyone, regardless of whether they are using a Windows, Mac or Linux based machine. Another beneficial feature is that up to 16 users can be seen simultaneously when using multipoint online video conferencing.

In an effort to cut their business travel budgets, many organizations are implementing cost-effective and eco-friendly video conferencing solutions.

Instead of jumping on a plane to conduct live sales, marketing, business development and or corporate training presentations, companies are using Web and video conferencing solutions.

Effective July 8, 2009 the Conference Group has waived the fee associated with recording a ReadyShow® Web Conference.  You can now continue to record their events, with the audio and visuals synchronized, download the Flash file immediately following the event, and host the file on their website within minutes.  The only difference is that now this functionality is provided free of charge.
