Of course you can use optional dial-out if it saves you money AND for connecting attendees in hat may be located in countries without toll free access.
Hosting your International Conference Call
There are absolutely no activation fees, no monthly fees, no minimum usage requirements. This is a 'pay as you go' conference call plan.
The rates are 6.9¢ per minute 'Toll Free' for USA located participants.
For conference call attendees located in globally diverse locations, you can now provide easy toll free access using our network of worldwide access numbers.
Available international toll free access countries and the corresponding per minute rates are listed on the right.
Who pays for the call ?
All per minute costs are applied to the account owner. For example, participants using the international toll free access numbers from their corresponding country, are not charged access fees. All per minute costs are billed to the account owner.
Further, if you choose to use the 'dial out' feature, all calls to bring participants into the International Conference Call Service are billed to your account.
How do participants enter the teleconference call ?
Participants can access the conference call in either of two methods.
International Toll Free Access - Dial In
#1. Conferees can dial-in using a toll free access number if one is available in their country.
International Dial Out
#2. You, the moderator, can use the 'dial-out' feature and bring participants located in any country into a conference call. Click to view international dial out rates.
The conferees located overseas can dial a country specific toll free access number and are immediately prompted for a passcode. The access number list and the moderator and participant passcodes are sent to you immediately upon account activation.
U.S. participants dial a U.S. toll free number. Once the passcode is entered, the participant is joined into the conference call.
Overseas conference call participants will hear exactly the same conferencing bridge voice prompts as the conferees that dial-in to your conference calls from inside the U.S.
Free Streamed Recorded teleconference Calls
Audio files (MP3) of recorded conference calls are provided free of charge. Record and retain free MP3 files of all recorded conference calls.
By default, the conferencing bridge automatically generates an attendance report at the end of each conference call. The report is emailed to the account owner. If the 'record' feature was active during the call, a link to the MP3 audio file will be included within the emailed attendance report.
The recording of the conference call can then be opened in your media player and saved locally.
