I am very happy with the service. I originally planned to only use the 888 number for my wedding videography business, but I showed the long distance rates to my skeptical wife and we have been using both services ever since.

I was also happily surprised how easy it was to re-assign the 888 number to our new Verizon number when we recently relocated to Florida. Happy we are!

Generally, I am very pleased with the service, the only improvement to the service I would like to see is a detailed billing showing numbers that actually called my toll free number (much like the itemized billing on my cell phone); thus, I just assume your billing is correct, but I have no way of verifying it's accuracy.   (IF you need to raise your rates to provide this detailed billing info, such additional rate would be justified.)
